The woman who accused Soulja Boy of sexual assault has just received a three-year restraining order against the rapper.
According to TMZ, legal docs show that Soulja agreed to stay away from his accuser.
In January, the woman filed for a restraining order in L.A. court, and Soulja and his legal team agreed to a 3-year domestic violence restraining order, which won’t expire until July 16, 2024.
Neither party appeared at the court hearing for the restraining order, opting instead to have it handled by their attorneys. In January, the woman initially sued Soulja, claiming he hired her as his personal assistant and then proceeded to rape and assault her for almost 2 years.
