A Southwest Airlines pilot goes viral after saying he would end the flight if a passenger continued to AirDrop nudes.
On Wednesday, a TikToker uploaded a video of a pilot addressing passengers about airdropping explicit photos. The incident occurred right before the flight took off to Cabo San Lucas, Mexico.
“Here’s the deal,” the pilot says over the intercom. “If this continues while we’re on the ground, I’m going to have to pull back to the gate. Everybody’s going to have to get off. We’re going to have to get security involved, and vacation is going to be ruined.”

He continued, “Whatever that AirDrop thing is– quit sending naked pictures. Let’s get yourself to Cabo.”
One TikTok user commented on the video, saying, “File this under ‘Stuff a pilot shouldn’t have to say to the cabin.’” Another user added, “Turn your air drop off in public, ESPECIALLY at airports.”
A spokesperson for the airline wrote a statement to NBC News saying, “The safety, security and wellbeing of Customers and Employees is the Southwest Team’s highest priority at all times. When made aware of a potential problem, our Employees address issues to support the comfort of those traveling with us.”
This isn’t the first time the airline has had a situation involving AirDrop. Back in June, a male passenger got kicked off a flight headed to Denver because “he decided to send a lewd photo to several devices around him.” When crew members confronted him, the man said he was just having fun.
