NFL wide receiver Stefon Diggs has officially been identified as the father of Instagram model Aileen Lopera’s baby girl, Charliee Harper. The confirmation came through a court-ordered paternity test, months after Lopera, known online as Lord Gisselle, filed a lawsuit in December 2024.
“The paternity has been confirmed. Mr. Diggs is the father of the child,” Lopera’s attorney Tamar Arminak said in a statement to Page Six. “Now that the child’s paternity has been established and Mr. Diggs has acknowledged his daughter, my client hopes they can work toward being great parents to their child.”
Although the DNA results are in, the legal battle isn’t over just yet. Lopera’s team says the case is still active and could proceed if the parties can’t come to an agreement on custody and expenses.
Charliee Harper was born in April 2025. At the time of filing, Lopera requested full custody, with Diggs granted visitation, and asked the NFL star to cover all medical and legal costs.
Diggs responded in July, requesting the paternity test and proposing joint custody if proven to be the father. He also sought to split costs with Lopera.
Since the baby’s birth, Diggs has gone public with his relationship with rapper Cardi B, who is currently pregnant with their first child together. Cardi, who shares three children with Offset, confirmed the news during a “CBS Mornings” interview in September.
This would be Diggs’ third confirmed child, including a 9-year-old daughter from a previous relationship.
