A rare Steph Curry rookie card is up for grabs, and it could sell for more than $500,000.
The PWCC Marketplace announced that the 2009 patch piece is up on the auction block. The bidding for the super rare gem is already up to over $400,000.
The front of the card shows Curry early in his career wearing his road Warriors jersey. It also features a cutout of his threads and includes an autograph from Curry in blue ink.
The backside of the card shows Curry’s stats and points out his famous triple-doubles.
PWCC officials say the card is a hot commodity right now because it is extremely rare. This could be because Curry is considered one of the most significant point guards ever. Also, he is currently playing in another NBA finals. If the Warriors win the series over the Celtics, Curry will become a four-time champion making the card worth even more.
The bidding for the rare gem will end on June 16th.
