Stephen Belafonte Claims Mel B Is A Liar, A Drunk and Drug Addict; Claims Mel B Got Her Alleged Domestic Violence Bruises From Being Drunk and Running Into Walls

Back in November, Mel B settled the domestic violence case against her estranged husband, Stephen Belafonte and the two subsequently struck a deal in their longstanding divorce battle. But now, the two are once again at odds-this time over Mel B’s daughter, Angel.

Amid the former couple’s divorce, Belafonte filed docs to get visitation rights for his stepdaughter, whose biological father is comedian #EddieMurphy. However, Mel tried to block his request with claims that Belafonte had scared the young girl to death by showing her ISIS beheadings.

Although Belafonte has been in Angel’s life since she was a baby, Mel B says he had always tried to keep her away from Murphy. In fact, she cited an incident where she organized a meeting between Angel and her dad, but Belafonte intervened, prompting Murphy to cancel. To this day, she claims, Murphy wants nothing to do with Belafonte. However, Belafonte claims Mel B is a straight up liar.

According to Belafonte, Mel is a drug addict and alcoholic, who has been hospitalized for overdosing. He also claims her allegations of domestic abuse are all a lie to turn his stepdaughter against him, and her bruises connected to the claims come from her drugged up, drunken escapades – not abuse.

In recent docs obtained by TMZ, Belafonte cites an incident in 2014 where Mel claimed he slammed her head into a door. However, Belafonte says Mel had overdosed and went to the hospital, which caused her bruising, as she was hooked up to an EKG machine and IV. He also cites other drunken incidents where she has reportedly walked into walls, and tried to pee on the couch in front of her children.

In addition, he also revisits other claims in their divorce that he forced her to have a threesome. Belafonte claims he has video evidence that proves she wanted it to go down. According to TMZ, he also claims he never even searched ISIS beheading before, so that’s a lie, as well.
