Stevie J and Joseline of Love & Hip Hop: Atlanta may have seemingly made amends recently, however, the custody battle for their 2-year-old daughter Bonnie Bella was still ongoing but has now come to a resolution.
According to courts documents obtained by BOSSIP, a judge approved a temporary order last week that awarded Stevie primary physical custody of Bonnie with Joseline having visitation. Stevie also no longer has to pay Joseline $1k a month in child support.
Each parent will now have to bear the costs of support whenever Bonnie is in their care, as stated in their new support deal. Both parents also have to take a parenting class before they’re due back in court this Fall.
As previously reported, Stevie sued Joseline for custody of Bonnie, arguing that she was keeping their daughter away from him while she was shacked up in Miami with a man. He argued that he was more mentally and financially capable of caring for Bonnie, and asked the judge to force Joseline to pay him child support instead.
Joseline denied all allegations and said she was doing the best she could to raise their little girl.
On Saturday, Stevie J took to his Instagram to respond to reports and stated that he and Joseline are “Happily Co-Parenting.”
