Strip Club Etiquette

Whether you’re hitting up hotspots like Miami, Atlanta, or Houston or checking out a local club in your own city this summer, all strip joints have to stick to a set of strict rules.

If it’s your first time at a strip club, you might have many questions. How close should I sit to the stage? How much should I tip the dancers? And what if a sexy lady talks to me!?

These rules are there to ensure both you and the dancers have a blast and a good time.

Be Respectful to Dancers

Stay positive and avoid negativity to build a good relationship. Remember, everyone’s there to have fun. Treat them with respect as they’re entertainers and people too.

DON’T Record the Dancers

They don’t like it. Keep your phone off or in your pocket to respect their privacy. If you’re caught recording, you might get kicked out.

DON’T Ask for Personal Info

The dancers are there to entertain you, this is not a speed dating event.

Look & Don’t Touch Without Consent

Never touch dancers without permission. It can quickly ruin the fun. Keep your hands to yourself unless they say it’s okay.

Always Bring Cash

You’ll need it for interacting and getting dances. It’s the best way to ensure dancers get all your intended tips.

Relax and Have Fun

While this list isn’t complete and rules may vary, the golden rule remains: be respectful, and everyone will have a great time!
