Suge Knight, Ice Cube and Dr. Dre Being Sued For Hit & run death of Terry Carter

The widow of Terry Carter, the man who Suge Knight ran over (by accident or otherwise) on the set of “Straight Outta Compton” is suing Knight, Ice Cube and Dr. Dre for her husband’s death. 

Carter’s wife and kids claim Dr. Dre and Ice Cube, the producers of the “Straight Outta Compton” film, hired known gang members to provide security for location shoots in gang-infested neighborhoods and it was those gang members that incited the altercation and threatened Suge to the point he roared back through the parking lot in a panic, mowing down Carter. 

Carter’s family is also suing  Tam’s Burgers, claiming that violent crimes often go down in that parking lot so they should have been equipped with proper security. 

The amount the Carter family is suing for has not been disclosed. Hell, we’re still trying to figure out if Suge will get his murder charges dropped.
