Suge Knight has given his thoughts on the chaos surrounding Sean “Diddy” Combs. The Death Row Records founder allegedly spoke on Diddy’s situation on his Collect Call podcast.
“It’s a bad day for Hip-Hop, for culture, for Black people,” he began in the taping which was obtained by TMZ. “I’ll tell you what, Puffy, your life is in danger ’cause you know the secrets, who’s involved in that little secret room you guys are participating in. They gonna get you if they can.”
Suge also mentioned Diddy’s “Brother Love” nickname, saying it would not be a favorable name to go by if he does end up in jail, Vibe reported.
“’ Brother Love’ is not a good code name for prison,” Knight added.
He also suggested that Combs should turn himself in. In 2015, Knight turned himself over to the authorities after a deadly hit-and-run incident in West Hollywood, Calif.
Diddy has been taking hit after hit. His Miami and Los Angeles homes were raided on Monday in a search for evidence that included “laptops, flash drives, and anything that would connect Combs with the allegations,” Homeland Security expert Hal Kempfer said.
