Suge Knight’s fiancée has been sentenced to three years behind bars for violating probation, just months after accepting a plea deal to avoid jail time. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Last year, Toi-Lin Kelly, 37, was accused of selling footage connected to Knight’s murder trial to TMZ even after a judge ordered to withhold it from the media. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Months later, Kelly accepted a plea deal and pleaded no contest to conspiring to violate the judge’s orders. However, as part of the plea deal, the woman was ordered to pay a fine, do community service and serve five years on probation.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
But, things took a turn for the worse when Kelly was caught helping Knight communicate with people on the outside.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
The former music exec had been prohibited from making calls to anyone besides his lawyers under a 2016 court order, LA Times reports. However, he’d been using other inmates’ phone codes to make calls, and Kelly had been putting money on those inmates’ jail accounts to help with Knight’s outside communications.

⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
She was also caught sending messages to Knight though a private investigator, which was also prohibited as part of Kelly’s plea deal.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
“To me it’s pretty blatant, and frankly, jaw-dropping,” Judge Douglas Sortino said of Kelly’s probation violation, adding that it was basically a slap in the face.
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
As a result, the judge sentenced Kelly to three years in jail, leaving her 8-year-old son without both of his parents.
