Just weeks after Summer Walker made headlines over her Meet & Greets and stage presence, or lack thereof, the R&B superstar is facing backlash, once again. But this time, the entire city of Toronto is on her neck.
On Monday, Walker took her talents to Toronto, Canada, to complete what’s left of her First and Last Tour. Prior to her performance, the “Playing Games” singer roamed the streets and linked up with the 6God himself, Drake. The meet up and stroll were documented and shared on Walker’s Instagram page and stories. Problem is, the pictures and videos were posted a little after 10 pm – two hours after the show’s scheduled start time.

To make matters worse, the Toronto fans were allegedly forced to stand outside the Rebel until Walker’s arrival. The temperature in Toronto on Monday night was about 43 degrees.
As fans grew weary, many took to Twitter to express their frustrations.
“#IAMSUMMERWALKER sis ur Toronto fans are freezing out here, some of us have been waiting for four hours pls let us in,” one user wrote, just 30 minutes after the scheduled start time.
One fan, who requested to remain anonymous, told Baller Alert that the entire experience was “honestly very trash and not worth the money at all.”
“It wasn’t great honestly her show was supposed to start at 8 and it started at 11:05,” the fan said, adding that the superstar performed for roughly 45 minutes.
Another fan, who traveled from Dominican Republic, couldn’t even believe what she’d gone through.
“Really got off the plane from the Dominican Republic to attend an underwhelming Summer Walker concert in Toronto while she made her attendees wait 3 hours in the cold,” #Aleahfrancisco wrote.

“Definitely unimpressed by management from both parties (venue & summer walker’s team),” she later explained to Baller Alert. “There was a huge gap in communication with what was happening – the fans being left in the dark and cold. There didn’t seem to be a decent opening performer and the experience overall was underwhelming. While her vocals were indisputably flawless, her lack of professionalism and consideration for her fans, I will not be surprised to see her sales go down in the future – which at the end of the day, is the probably what she wants.”
whoever said hoes don’t get cold was lying cuz i’m cold as fuck waiting outside in toronto for summer walker

Summer Walker is corny. Mental health and social anxiety is one thing but having your fans wait in the cold while you stroll around Toronto & posting it is wild unprofessional

honestly love summer walker but this has been the worst concert of my life. It’s 10:37pm, there’s no opener and she still isn’t on stage
