Beyoncé fans are on the edge of their seats after seeing her shiny “Renaissance” horse in a Super Bowl commercial. Fans suspect she may make a cameo in the company’s ad.
Two days after releasing a teaser that seemed to hint at the superstar’s involvement, Verizon has now dropped a second clip ahead of its highly anticipated Super Bowl ad, but this time with an unmistakable reference to Beyoncé’s music. On Friday, a video of actor-comedian Tony Hale standing in front of a blank green screen next to a life-size horse sculpture covered in silver sequins, just like the singer rides on the cover of her 2022 album Renaissance, came out.
“So should we be in a Super Bowl commercial? Yay or nay?” Hale is heard asking the statue of the horse. “Get it? OK, this is a problem.”
We say yay. 2.11.24 pic.twitter.com/js35leFs5X

At the end of the clip, a snippet of what sounds like Beyoncé’s “My House” plays, and the date of the Super Bowl appears. Fans had already noticed it’s the same song in Verizon’s previous teaser released two days before, featuring Hale.
Hale stands at an outdoor lemonade stand in that teaser, juicing lemons into a pitcher. “She wants me to squeeze all these lemons by myself?” he says. “This better work.”
“The Lemonade references? My House playing in the end? Verizon being one of Renaissance World Tour’s sponsors?” one fan tweeted at the time. “Are we really going to see thee Beyoncé in a commercial during the Superbowl?”
Verizon’s commercial will air during the Super Bowl LVIII game on Sunday. Let’s wait and see.
WAS THAT MY HOUSE AT THE END???
