Authorities busted the suspect, who they say fatally shot another man he believed was looking at him the wrong way on a Manhattan street.
US Marshals in Los Angeles picked up 39-year-old Terrence Yates and returned to the city on Thursday to face charges related to the June 6 shooting death of 29-year-old Akeem White.
Cops allege White walked past the suspect at 4:20 in the morning on June 6 and was randomly confronted by the gunman.
“What are you looking at?” the suspect allegedly sneered before firing off multiple rounds, shooting White in the head.
Yates has been charged with murder, attempted murder, and criminal possession of a weapon.
