Georgia police say a suspect was shot and killed with her own gun while trying to rob two men early Sunday.
The Warner Robins Police Department was called to the scene around 12:30 a.m., discovering Kyndal Reynolds. Reynolds, 21, suffered from gunshot wounds and was brought to Houston Medical Center, where she succumbed to her injuries.
Reynolds and another woman, Tywana Antonette Cody, 42, met up with two men earlier that night. While everyone was in a car, the two women tried to rob the men.
Reynolds struggled with one of the men over the gun. The gun discharged, striking the suspect.
During the investigation, police found that Cody was working with Reynolds on the robbery. She is now facing charges of party to a crime of aggravated assault, party to a criminal attempt to commit armed robbery, and felony murder.
Both of the men are cooperating with the police and have not been charged.
