A 21 year old Syracuse University student’s life was cut short this weekend. Sabrina Cammock of Queens was found dead inside a room she shared with her girl friends at the Hotel Edison around  9:20 am Saturday morning. The girls were out of school for Spring Break. They all went to sleep but Sabrina did not wake up the next morning.
Her cause of death is not immediately known. There were no signs of trauma and no drugs were found in the room to suggest an overdose. An autopsy has been scheduled.Â
Sabrina’s school and team mates are devastated by the news. Her cousin tells NY Daily News, “She’s better than anybody you know. She’s a baby and she’s gone. I’ve never seen anything like this around me before.”
Rest in heaven Sabrina.Â
