T.I. and his wife, Tiny Harris, are being accused of using toes to sexually assault a woman.
The new accusation was handed down by Jane Doe, who recently filed a lawsuit against the pair. She claims that while enlisted in the U.S. Air Force and stationed in Los Angeles, she met an employee of the couple sometime around 2005 during a party at Coolio’s house.
That person, identified as “Caviar,” invited the victim to a nightclub where T.I. and Tiny were the next night. Once she arrived, Doe says she entered the VIP section, where Tiny handed her a drink. After the club, Doe says she got into an SUV with two other women and the couple. They then went to a hotel, but Tiny allegedly kicked out the other two women for flirting with her husband. When Doe was alone with the two, she claims they all showered together, and she then began feeling lightheaded. Afterward, they moved to the bed, where she says T.I. ordered her to massage him before Tiny pinned the woman on her stomach and began grinding on her. Then, T.I. allegedly penetrated the woman with his big toe.
Doe says she continuously told the couple “no,” but they proceeded with the assault anyway. Eventually, she went to the bathroom to throw up while T.I. got up to get a condom. After passing out, the woman says she woke up the following day with vaginal pain and itching before being abruptly kicked out by a security guard.
T.I. and Tiny issued a statement to TMZ, denying the accusations and saying that Doe had threatened to sue them for three years. “For THREE years, we have maintained our innocence and refused to pay these extortionate demands for things we didn’t do. For THREE years, we’ve maintained the same position while the claims in this story have changed time and time again.”
Doe is now suing the Harrises for sexual battery, assault, negligence, and false imprisonment under California’s Sexual Abuse and Cover-Up Accountability Act.
