Former T-Mobile Sales Rep Sues Company After HR Member Asked Her About OnlyFans Account

A sales representative has filed a lawsuit against T-Mobile after its human resources department asked her inappropriate questions about her and her OnlyFans account.

Former female T-Mobile sales rep, Caitlyn Stevens, has been working at T-Mobile for seven years. But now, she’s taking her employer to court after a member of its HR department asked her invasive questions about her OnlyFans account.

According to a complaint, a male colleague became angry with Stevens because of how she was handling a customer at the time. Stevens says the co-worker then approached her “in a physically aggressive manner,” prompting another co-worker to block the man from possibly hitting her. The store manager was notified about the incident, and instead of disciplining the male worker, he sent Stevens to a different location, according to the complaint. Stevens says. “I did not feel like it was fair that I went to a slower location based on what had just happened,” she explains in an interview with The Verge.

After that, Stevens submitted a complaint to HR. A male HR member reached out to her and started asking her about her personal life. Some of the questions included “whether she had a ‘sugar daddy’ and whether she had an OnlyFans account.” “I immediately started crying,” she told The Verge, saying she was shocked by the entire ordeal. “I told him I did not feel comfortable, and he still continued to ask the questions.”

Stevens went on to say that the male HR rep said, “we’ve heard that you have an OnlyFans account. Is that true?” He added, “We’ve heard that people have seen nude pictures of you.” Stevens said the questions made her feel “sexually harassed; I felt uncomfortable.” She added that the nature of the questions “when I’m literally reporting a physical assault is not okay.”

A spokesperson for T-Mobile wrote in a statement: “We take matters like this seriously and worked with the employee to investigate her claims. We found they had no merit.” Stevens says she turned down a settlement so that she could speak out about the incident.
