Remember in July, TI was charged with three misdemeanors: simple assault, public drunkenness and disorderly conduct after a verbal altercation with his gated community’s security guard, Euwan James, who claimed he “felt threatened.” ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Well, T.I. says he wants to take this case to trial and also stated that he believes he can beat the case if the jury hears the entire story. TI says the argument began after he called the security guard out for allegedly sleeping on the job. The security guard ended up calling the police, but according to The Blast, the rapper claimed the police that were sent to deal with the situation were “white cops in a very white area.” TIP insists that the security guard was the aggressor in the confrontation.⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
A hearing for the case is scheduled for November 20th.
