Tamar Braxton Gets Engaged to ‘Queens Court’ Finalist JR Robinson

The ladies of Queens Court are finding their kings.

During the finale episode of the Peacock reality dating series, Tamar Braxton got engaged to her finalist, attorney Jeremy “JR” Robinson.

Hosted by Holly Robinson and Rodney Peete, Queens Court features Braxton, singer Nivea and reality tv star Evelyn Lozada as they date 21 men vying to be their potential “kings.” The series premiered on Peacock Thursday, and in the series finale, JR proposed to Braxton, telling her, “I don’t wanna be your friend. I wanna be your husband. I’m here forever because I don’t see my life without you. And I love you, Tamar. Tamar, will you marry me?”

Braxton accepts the proposal and admits she’s “crazy” about JR.

“I can’t believe I found what I was looking for,” she says.

The series wrapped six months ago; however, in a show update, it was revealed that the couple is still going strong and are “busy planning their wedding!”

Prior to the show airing, Braxton was spotted hand-in-hand with a mystery man (later identified as JR) as they attended the attorney’s birthday celebration in Atlanta last year. So it looks like they’ve been going strong.

Braxton isn’t the only Queens Court star to find her King. Thursday, Evelyn Lozada also announced her engagement to one of the show’s finalists, Lavon Lewis.

Congrats to the couples!
