Tamar Braxton and Vincent Herbert Are Said to Be Renting Out Their Calabasas Mansion for Over $100,000 a Month

Tamar Braxton and Vincent Herbert are renting out their luxurious Calabasas home, and it looks like they are asking a pretty penny for it.

Last year, the estranged couple listed the mansion on the market for $15 million, but it was pulled after they failed to find a buyer.

Now—months later, according to TheJasmineBRAND, the property is actually up for rent, with a rental fee of $150,000 a month.

Yep, you read right.

The residence includes a recording studio, 15-car garage, and even a professional gym.

Currently, Braxton and Herbert live in separate places.

As we know, Braxton filed for divorce back in October. The two still continue to co-parent their young son, Logan.

However, during a recent appearance on ‘The View’, Braxton and Herbert both opened up about the status of their marriage, and it seemed like there may be a reconciliation on the radar, at least, in the near future.

While Braxton doesn’t know what’s in store for them, exactly, she confessed that, as of now, they are going through “extensive counseling.”

Herbert also denied his alleged love child and said that all other allegations were false. He later admitted that he still loves Braxton and “will never stop fighting for his family.”
