Tamar Braxton’s Boyfriend Reportedly Files ‘Domestic Violence’ Restraining Order Against Her

Tamar Braxton’s boyfriend, David Adefeso, has filed a restraining order, alleging domestic violence.

In court documents obtained by TMZ, the singer’s new boyfriend, who has been by her side since her suicide attempt, is seeking protection against her, in what he describes as a domestic violence situation. But, it remains unclear what she’s allegedly done.

However, the filing is the latest headline in recent months in regards to Tamar’s relationship and mental health.

According to the publication, Adefeso was the one who called 9-1-1 after Tamar’s suicide attempt. After that, sources close to the couple also accused him of being controlling.

But, Tamar made it clear that the two were still going strong amid her treatment, as she credited Adefeso with saving her life.

“I came here just to say this, and then I’m logging off… if you have ever been in recovery or treatment you know that you reflect on a lot of things…so, I couldn’t let another day, another second go by without PUBLICLY Thanking my Love @david.adefeso for saving my life… I’m so grateful. I was in our home lifeless😔💔” she wrote after her initial release. “I will not allow anyone to call you controlling or “that’s that African man 👀 like I don’t have a mind of my own🙄cause without THIS African man, I simply would not be here. Everything isn’t political and your love for me is not that. You were here for me when NOBODY was and still is. YOU and Logan are the priority,” she added.
