Vincent Herbert, Tamar Braxton’s estranged husband and Toni Braxton’s former manager, is in danger of having his music royalties- stemming from working with great artists like Toni, Destiny’s Child and Bryson Tiller seized due to his failure to pay a $65,000 debt.
According to court documents obtained by The Blast, Manhattan Leasing Enterprises is taking action to collect the money owed to them from Vince.
The company sued Herbert for allegedly breaching a lease agreement on a 2016 Rolls Royce and they were subsequently awarded a $65,138.02 judgment in the case.
Since the company has not received one payment since obtaining the judgment, they have recently subpoenaed ASCAP to find out about Herbert’s royalties and music income.
The company was seeking information on his royalties as related to his work on tracks by Toni Braxton, Jojo, Destiny’s Child, Mindless Behavior and Montell Jordan- to name a few!
Manhattan Leasing is looking to prove that from his substantial catalogue of music royalties, Herbert certainly has enough money to pay his debt to them.
