On Monday, podcast host Tax Stone was arrested in connection to the May 2016 Irving Plaza shooting that left one man dead. Earlier today, reports revealed that the New York native’s DNA had been found on the murder weapon. However, in light of recent reports, Tax, whose real name is Daryl Campbell, has been released on $500,000 bail after pleading not guilty.

As a condition of his release, Campbell will be placed on house arrest with restrictions. According to Billboard, Tax Stone can only leave his home to record his weekly Tax Season podcast. Additional work-related trips will require approval from a judge.

The shooting in question took place on May 25 at Irving Plaza, just before rapper T.I. took the stage to perform. The incident left three people injured, including rapper Troy Ave and his bodyguard Ronald McPhatter, who died at the scene.

As a result, Troy Ave, whose real name is Ronald Collins, was arrested and indicted on attempted murder and criminal weapons possession charges. Collins pleaded not guilty and was released on $500,000 bond in July. Six months later, cops arrested Campbell for his alleged involvement with the shooting.
