Bravo is introducing a new show based on the wives and girlfriends of the Kansas City Chiefs, though the most famous of them all will not be participating.
Although still in the early stages, with no finalized cast, the show centers around the lives of Chiefs player’s significant others, including Chariah Gordon, fiancé of Mecole Hardman Jr., and Sheawna Weathersby, partner of Chris Jones. Bravo’s cameras will explore their experiences as partners to professional athletes. A pilot was filmed in the off-season, with minimal appearances by the players themselves. Both Gordon and Weathersby have been active in supporting their superstar partners, including attending games and socializing with other WAGs, such as billionaire singer Taylor Swift, who is dating Travis Kelce. Gordon and Hardman recently got engaged in June 2024, and they welcomed their first child, Three, on Super Bowl Sunday in 2023. Weathersby and Jones have been together since 2015 and share two children.
Though Swifties would love to see the performer on their television screens, Swift and Brittany Mahomes will not appear in Bravo’s upcoming reality show. A source confirmed to People that both women wish to protect their privacy. This is an especially delicate time for Brittany, who is expecting her third child with Chiefs quarterback Patrick Mahomes.
“Taylor and Brittany are not part of the show at all and will not even be filmed. Taylor especially is very protective of what little private life she has left,” the insider told the outlet. “She enjoys all the ladies she’s met, but she will not be a part of Bravo’s storyline.”
