The recently leaked conversation between Taylor and Kanye was centered around Kanye’s 2016 single, ”Famous.”
Taylor reacted to the resurfaced conversation and reveled in the fact that it seemingly proved ”that I was telling the truth the whole time about *that call*,” which she then alleged was recorded illegally.
But, Kim Kardashian clapped back, calling Swift a straight-up ”liar,” saying the renewed interest was ”self-serving” on Swift’s behalf.
“#taylorswift13 has chosen to reignite an old exchange — that at this point in time feels very self-serving given the suffering millions of real victims are facing right now,” Kardashian said in reference to the coronavirus pandemic, as she revealed how “embarrassed and mortified” she felt in even responding.
Though Swift has yet to fire back directly, her friend Todrick Hall had quarantine time and decided to step in for Swift with a detailed response to Kim.
”Taylor didn’t reignite anything, Kris Jenner probably leaked this footage her damn self,” Todrick said in the first of several posts. “After your Ray J video and publicly documenting every crevice of your v*gina…I HIGHLY doubt that you’re embarrassed NOW to respond to this,” he said.
“Just apologize, you self absorbed entitled, stubborn little queef,” he added.
In Kim’s response, she compared Kanye’s footage of the conversation to Taylor’s Netflix documentary, Americana, claiming her husband had long documented his album process.
”This comparison is just honestly mind-boggling and low key iconic that she thinks this is even remotely the same thing,” Hall said.
”The difference is, Taylor had everyone featured in her documentary sign releases, and here’s a crazy concept SHE TOLD THEM THAT THEY WERE BEING FILMED & RECORDED! PERIODT.”
Todrick continued his rant, saying,”This is not the example Kim should be setting for her children or her audience. If somebody did this to YOUR CHILD, THREE TIMES, I have a feeling you, your family, and your team of professional exploiters at E! would have a very different opinion.”
Not holding back, Todrick sent one last piece of advice to everyone who’s following the West and Swift drama, ”Wash your hands, everyone, not just for Corona but for filthy dirty shady lying crusty rat-snakes doing shady things out here in these pandemic streets.”
