In Teairra Mari’s fight for justice in her revenge porn case, the “Love & Hip Hop” star has gone after everyone involved, including those who reposted the explicit pictures and videos on the Internet.
As part of the legal battle, Mari attempted to get a restraining order against her ex, Akbar Abdul-Ahad, who she believed to be responsible for hacking her page and releasing the images in the first place. However, she also targeted Akbar’s friend, #50Cent, as she accused him of working with Akbar to spread the images online.
However, since her request, the singer-turned-reality star has come up short in her battle against the rapper. According to TMZ, a judge has denied her motion for a restraining order against 50 to stop him from sharing the photos.
As a result, Mari’s lawyer, Lisa Bloom released a statement to TMZ, explaining the judge’s decision.

The judge denied the request “because she was not convinced that the photo 50 posted, with ejaculate on our client’s on, showed her ‘engaging’ in a sexual act,” Bloom said, adding that the judge was not convinced that 50 would post the picture again. But, Bloom says, “Common sense dictates that the photo of a woman with ejaculate on her face clearly depicts a sex act, and is the kind of humiliation the revenge porn law was designed to ban.”
