Reality star Amber Portwood was arrested Friday in Indiana, and charged with domestic battery for allegedly assaulting her boyfriend while he was holding their child.
The Indianapolis Metropolitan Police Department was called to a residence just after 3 AM and subsequently took the reality TV mom into custody.
According to IMPD statement given to Deadline, “Officers were called a residence and spoke to the male victim who stated his live-in-girlfriend and he were having a disagreement.”
This isn’t Portwood’s first incident. The reality star served a 17-month back in 2012 for violating her probation in a drug possession case.
