Tekashi 6ix9ine Sued For $150 Million By An Innocent Bystander That Was Shot In 2018 Shooting

Tekashi 6ix9ine has been in hot water this month when it comes to lawsuits. According to TMZ, the rainbow-haired rapper has been slapped with another lawsuit resulting from a shoot out that he reportedly set up.

The woman who filed the lawsuit wants to remain anonymous and has reportedly filed the lawsuit as Jane Doe. She claims that 6ix9ine is the reason why she was shot with a stray bullet that struck her in the left foot. She allegedly claims that the incident destroyed her dreams of becoming a police officer.

In court documents that was reportedly obtained by TMZ, the woman says the incident to place back in July 2018 while she was in the courtyard of Smurf Village apartment complex in Brooklyn, NY. She also added that members of Nine Trey Bloods that were behind 6ixnineā€™s kidnapping were there shooting a music video.

She went on to say that 6ix9ine was informed that the persons responsible for his kidnapping was there, and the rapper ordered his associates to shoot them. During the shooting, a bullet hit the victimā€™s left foot, and she also injured her knee and back when she fell to the ground.

The victim reportedly had to get surgery, physical therapy, and received treatment from a psychologist, according to her claims in the suit. She could no longer work at Century 21 because of her injuries and could not follow through with her plans of attending the police academy.

She admitted that 6ix9ine apologized to her in court and offered to pay her medical bills. The victim is assumed to feel that his gesture was not enough. She is suing for over $150 million in damages.

6ix9ineā€™s lawyer, Dawn Florio, reportedly stated to TMZ, “It’s suspicious that the plaintiff only sued Daniel Hernandez, who was never identified as the shooter in her case. The plaintiff did not sue the persons involved in her shooting. To be clear, Daniel did not shoot her.”

This will be the third lawsuit filed against 6ix9ine this month. Fashion Nova is currently suing him for $2.25 million in the result of failure to promote the clothing brand due to his incarceration. His ex-friend is also suing him for allegedly ordering members of Nine Trey Bloods to shoot him.
