Tekashi69 Offers Judge $1.5 Million and a Promise To Stay Local in an Attempt to be Released On Bail

Tekashi69 and his lawyer, Lance Lazarro, have officially orchestrated a plan to get out of jail, complete with a ton of cash and a promise.

In a recent interview with TMZ, Lazarro said he’s putting together a new bail package in an attempt to get the rapper out of jail, until his trial in September.

As part of the new package, Lazarro will ask a judge to grant the rapper bail at $1.5 million, if he promises to stay out of trouble upon release and stay local. According to the publication, the attorney said he plans to file a motion before 6ix9ine’s next court appearance in January.

If a judge rules in favor of the rapper, he will be able to work in the comfort of his own home until trial. However, with evidence linking Tekashi and his crew to at least three armed robberies and/or shootings, it remains to be seen if the rapper will be released pending trial.
