Tennessee Titans receiver Justin Hunter was arrested and charged with felony assault in Virginia Beach, Virginia. According to a police spokesman. Justin allegedly beat up someone in a bar fight on July 3rd.

Hunter turned himself in Monday after a warrant was filed. A fight broke out late July 3 in an oceanfront tourist area at Sandbar Surf Bar in Virginia Beach. Hunter became a suspect after a victim was taken to a hospital with injuries suffered during the incident. Hunter remains in a Virginia Beach jail without bond. The case is still under investigation.
Hunter is scheduled to be arraigned in court Tuesday afternoon.
The Titans issued a statement that said, “We are aware of the situation and are continuing to gather more facts.”
According to the sheriff’s office, the specific allegations against Hunter include “malicious intent, stabbing, cutting, wounding.”
With recent disciplinary action by teams and the NFL, this situation can go either way. Hopefully he utilizes this as a learning experience and can continue his career. Thoughts???
