Real Housewives Of New Jersey star Teresa Giudice was recently admitted to the hospital for an “emergency medical procedure.”
“She is in recovery, currently resting, and she thanks everyone for their prayers and well-wishes,” Giudice’s rep told PageSix, adding that Thursday morning’s surgery was “non-cosmetic” related.
The rep also said the reality star is set to be released from the hospital “within the next 24 hours.”
Her daughter Gia Giudice revealed on her Instagram Story that her mother had been in the emergency room.
“Such a trooper. I love you,” the 21-year-old wrote under a selfie of her mom who was wearing a face mask while in a hospital bed.
LPray for a speedy recovery,” Gia said alongside a prayer-hands emoji before reiterating, “I love you @teresagiudice.”
Teresa has not publicly mentioned any health issues and leads a pretty healthy lifestyle that includes yoga workouts and weightlifting.
