Terrell Owens’ Condo In Foreclosure

As if you needed a reminder that T.O. was broke and his life was in utter shambles…

According to Terez Owens, things aren’t getting any better for good ol’ T.O.

Miami-Dade County records show Owens bought apartment #5302, 2,100 square feet, in 2006 for $1.75 million. Taxing authorities recently assessed the condo for $960,000! The records show Owens took out a mortgage for $1.4 million but quit making his payments in the fall. He also stopped paying for the $1,669-a-month maintenance fees, and  the building’s condo association claims he’s behind by $9,030!” Terrell Owens will be completely broke any day now — I hope he can find another job, because even at his advanced age, he’s still better than 75% of the receivers currently playing.
