Former Eagles wide receiver Terrell Owens is reigniting his feud with his former teammate, Donovan McNabb.
“I’d knock chunky soup from him,” Owens said while talking to Shannon Sharpe on the Club Shay Shay podcast. The two were discussing celebrity boxing, and with no hesitation, Owens shared he’d take on McNabb.
“I’d knock him out because there would be so much pent up,” Ownes said. “I’ll be controlled. It’ll be controlled anger. I’d be like a Navy Seal. They’re cool and calm under all conditions. But there would be a fire burning inside of me.”
Owens says he’s been approached to participate in celebrity boxing. Sharpe threw out a $2 million figure that Owens could command. However, he said he’d do it for “a can of potted meat and some crackers.”
The former teammates have been feuding since the Eagles lost to the Patriots at the Superbowl in 2005.
