Texas Dentist Under Fire For Racist Comments Made On Video

A Garland, Texas dentist known as the “Tooth Fairy” has come under fire after a video surfaced of him and his daughter making some racist comments that they appear to know are wrong. 

In the video clip, posted by an Instagram account called @therapeuticemotions, Dr. Kenny Wilstead can be heard laughing as his daughter Paige discusses the subject of “History.”

“History was my worst subject, if you guys didn’t know,” Paige says into the camera, which is believed to be filmed by Dr. Wilstead.

“Who else besides the Indians, if it wasn’t the Indians- do you think we were fighting?” Dr. Wilstead asks Paige before she responds “Mexicans.” Following up with an off-handed remark, “Them dang illegals.”

Everyone in the video laughs before Paige suggests to Dr. Wilstead that he should not post the video, reminding him that he posted a different video of her before using the N-word and telling him she doesn’t want any backlash.

“But that was a part of the song,” Dr. Wilstead replies.

Paige later agrees with a woman speaking in the background, who admits that she says the N-word all the time.

“Me too,” Paige says, “Just not in front of n*ggas.”

Wilstead’s IG account has more than 100,000 followers and is known for posting smile transformations on his social media platforms.
