On Monday, a family of six stopped by a Waffle House in Shelby, North Carolina, to eat before robbing it.
On Wednesday, police arrested suspects Tamiko Lashun Jones and Tony Eugene Lemon of Marshall, Texas. A third suspect was identified as Diamond Walton of Longview, Texas. According to police, the family of six dined at the establishment, and then Lemon pulled out a handgun and ordered the Waffle House workers to give them their money. The suspects took off in an escape in separate cars, The New York Post reports.
This isn’t the first time the family has pulled a stunt like this. The suspects reportedly have charges related to an incident that took place in Minden, Louisiana, which happened just days before the family in love and crime hit up Waffle House. The suspects were all charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, and defrauding an innkeeper. More charges could be on the way.
