A Texas mother wants answers after she hasn’t heard from her son for three weeks. The 25-year-old, Taylour Young, was last seen on Dec. 9 in Houston near a Capitol One Bank driving a 2019 silver Honda Civic.
Young’s mother, Tiffany Robinson told KTRK, “I have my moments where I break down and cry. I have my moments when I don’t want to get out of bed, but I can’t. That’s not how my child knows me.” She thought it was weird he was last seen in the Houston area during that time since he is normally on lunch break. After tracking his phone using Find My Phone, his phone was discovered in some bushes nearby the bank. She knew something was suspicious.
“I know something happened, and I just feel like he is in danger,” Robinson told KTRK. “It’s not like him to not call me, my sister, or anybody in our family.”
Young was last seen wearing a Billionaire Boy’s Club sweatshirt and gray sweatpants. He is black male and 5’11 with black hair and brown eyes. According to a report, Young has a tattoo of the Tasmanian devil on the front of his right calf and a Fleur-de-lis tattoo with a snake on the back of his right calf.
Robinson created a hashtag, #bringtaylourhome to bring the case to national attention. Cardi B has been the latest celebrity to share the missing report on Instagram.
“Everybody is concerned,” Robinson says. “Everyone is looking for him and we just want him to come home safely.” Missing minority groups are not nationally covered nearly as much as white individuals according to the Black and Missing Foundation.
Hopefully, Taylour Young triggers the right media attention with #bringtaylourhome and further investigations.
