A plane being used in a parade in a small town in Texas crashed after taking off from a highway Saturday.
Dramatic footage shows the plane take off from Highway 124 when it clips a light pole before crashing through a sign and onto the highway.
The pilot, who had decided to fly the plane back to the airport, was not injured in the crash. Thankfully, no one on the ground was injured either.
The crashed closed the street down for several hours.
The reason behind the plane crash is still under investigation. However, it’s believed that windy conditions may have caused the pilot to lose control.
