In the wake of the tragedy at last week’s “Astroworld” Festival that left 8 dead and hundreds more injured, artists are being extremely cautious during this live shows.
Teyana Taylor stopped mid-performance during her recent L.A. show to check on a fan that seemed to be in distress.
“Is she okay?” Taylor repeatedly asked as security rushed in to assist the woman. “Bring her up here. [Is] She okay?,” the said.
Taylor also told the crowd that no one was about to sue her for negligently continuing to perform if a fan wasn’t okay. Making a thinly veiled reference to the tragedy and the legal aftermath that Travis Scott is now facing.
After she made sure the fan was alright, Taylor continued with final her performance for her “The Last Rose Petal Farewell Tour.”
