Chanel has outdone itself again with its latest innovation, which merges tech with luxury.
The prestigious powerhouse has introduced the Première Sound Watch, a one-of-a-kind, flawlessly designed piece. This watch features a stunning 18k gold-coated woven steel chain that doubles as a necklace. However, Chanel carefully mimicked the chain after its unique Chanel shoulder strap.
Drawing inspiration from the 1987 Originale Édition Première watch, this revamped timepiece shines with an octagonal case and a stylish black face. The standout feature is the detachable wired headphones, dressed in black and gold, adding a fresh, chic vibe to your music experience. The earpiece also allows you to take phone calls.
This is Chanel’s latest venture into the headphones arena. In 2014, the late Karl Lagerfeld teamed up with Monster Audio, the engineers responsible for Beats by Dre, to introduce quilted headphones. The limited-edition device and its carrying case incorporated Chanel’s quilted leather pattern, commonly seen on its handbags. This opulent listening experience was priced at $7,200. With Chanel adding an 18k gold touch to its latest headphones, customers can expect to pay upward of $16,000 when Première Sound arrives in boutiques beginning on September 2nd.
