Establishing healthy lifestyles and eating clean is the new wave, but it won’t stop City Girls’ Yung Miami from grabbing chicken nuggets from McDonald’s. The rapper has been vocal on social media about her love for the fast-food chain, and ironically, they gifted her a chain of her very own. As a gift for being an unofficial spokesperson and soon-to-be mom, the McDonald’s Corporation sent Yung Miami a small fry necklace.
The iced out chain is diamond-encrusted and came with a handwritten note stating, “Congratulations on your soon-to-be small fry! We wanted to help you celebrate in true City Girl style with this specially designed, one of a kind take on your favorite McDonald’s menu item. Enjoy your brand new chain, an iced out McDonald’s World Famous Fry Box! City Girls going platinum!” Yung Miami posted a clip of the note and jewelry on Instagram with a caption that said, “Lol, Thank you, Mc Donald’s for my small fry chain. I love it just as much as I love my 6 piece nuggets with my sweet & sour sauce. Now can I get a commercial?” Social media reacted to the news with fans tweeting, “at this point McDonald’s need to just cut Yung Miami a check” and City Girl member JT even commented on the post saying, “this why the ice cream machine don’t be working.”
