Former First Lady Michelle Obama inspired us all when she said, “when they go low, we go high.” Well, that message must have fallen on deaf ears for Washington Redskins football team owner, Dan Snyder. I can’t say for sure that it’s a competition, but is it really a coincidence that this super-yacht purchase seems to try to “one-up” the recent purchase of a $250 Million Yacht by Dallas Cowboys owner, Jerry Jones?
Snyder is now the proud owner of a 305-foot long yacht. Amenities include a first of its kind, $3 Million floating IMAX theatre. Snyder’s “Lady S” while spectacular with the addition of the theater, pales in comparison to Jerry Jones’s “Brava Eugenia,” which includes two helipads, a full gym and a spa which includes a sauna, steam room, massage room, and rain shower. It also holds a garage large enough to store jet skis and other boats.
Must be nice to be able to throw around that kind of money to keep up with the Jones’s or satisfy the ego. How many bags do you have to secure to buy and customize a super yacht though? Asking for a friend.
