#ThatsBaller: Jay-Z and Beyoncé Reportedly Close on a Brand New $90 Million Bel-Air Mansion

What’s better than one billionaire? Two. Especially when they can ball out with you.

Beyoncé and Jay-Z have reportedly closed on the sale of a ballerific Bel-Air mansion.

According to reports, the Carters’ new home is complete with four swimming pools, a spa, wellness centers and a basketball court. The Bel-Air mansion expands across 40,000 square feet and is believed to be worth a whopping $90 million.

According to L.A. Times, the interior space makes up for 30,000 square feet, while the patios and terraces take the additional 10,000.

The new humble abode that will house Blue-Ivy and the twins is stacked with bulletproof glass doors and windows, panoramic views, 15-car garage and private staff quarters.
