The 2022 Grammy Nominations are Here: Drake and Kanye to Face Each Other in Best Rap Album Category

Nominations for the 64th GRAMMY Awards are here! Soul musician and bandleader of the “Stephen Colbert Show,” John Batiste leads the pack with 11 nominations.

Some of our faves like H.E.R., Cardi B, Future, Megan Thee Stallion, Giveon, and Jazmine Sullivan are also listed as nominees for the coveted award.

Two of the most talked-about albums of the year– Drake’s Certified Lover Boy and Kanye West’s DONDA— will face each other in the Best Rap Album category, alongside J. Cole’s The Off Season, Tyler, the Creator’s Call Me If You Get Lost and Nas’ King’s Disease II. Who do y’all think will take the crown?

A now 3-time Grammy nominee, our forever President Barack Obama is also nominated in the Best Spoken Word Album category for his memoir, A Promise Land.

The Recording Academy will present the awards on Mon, Jan. 31 on CBS at 8 p.m. ET. See some of the top categories and nominations below.
