The Baller Alert Show, featuring your lifestyle specialist Kenny Burns, with Ferrari Simmons and Su Solo, kicked off its 24th episode with a recap of the hottest topics and current events from the previous week.
In case you missed it, the hosts discussed Su’s birthday celebration, where she turned up at Get Brunch at the BQE in Atlanta. In addition, Burns shared his experience with his media tour to promote his new product, Uncle Nearest Premium Whiskey, in conjunction with New York Times Best Selling author, Fawn Weaver, who launched the company in Nearest’s honor.
As the episode continued, the hosts recapped this weekend’s March for Our Lives rally, where the students and survivors of the Parkland high school shooting took to the streets to honor the lives lost and call on Congress for gun control. The hosts also discussed the Duane and Tisha-Campbell Martins’ bankruptcy, Alicia Keys’ move to produce an Alvin Ailey biopic, as well as Wiz Khalifa’s PSA to double back.
In fact, Simmons spilled the tea that Amber Rose was pregnant. But, it turns out, Simmons confused Rose with Cardi B, who is still denying her pregnancy. So, it all remains unclear.
The hosts then went on to discuss Virgil Abloh’s new collaboration with Louis Vuitton. The founder of streetwear brand Off-White and Kanye West’s longtime creative director, has been named Louis Vuitton’s New Menswear Designer. While the accomplishment is Black Excellence in itself, the hosts hope he will do something to push the culture forward.
On a more serious note, the hosts address the most important question of the week: Who Bit Beyonce? Tiffany Haddish spilled the tea in a GQ Interview, but refused to give up the culprit. However, after a little bit of digging, the Beyhive found that Sanaa Lathan is the one that took a bite out of the Queen. Although she denied it, we know the truth, boo.
Next, Simmons kicked off this week’s Baller Mail with the question: “Can sex be casual without catching feelings?” Well, can it? It all depends on the pipe game.
