Big Boi, real name Antwan Patton, and his wife Sherlita wed in 2003. In October of 2013 Sherlita filed for divorce citing that their 11 year marriage was “irretrievably broken.” For the record, don’t believe anything you hear on fake parody blogs, the details behind their separation were not made public. What we do know is that Sherlita asked the courts for spousal support as well as child support & custody of the couple’s 12 year old. They have 2 children together, one is 18.
Well it looks like black love prevails because earlier this month Sherlita and Big Boi quietly filed court docs to cancel their divorce petition. It looks like the Outkast reunion is spilling over into their personal lives. I’m here for it!
