The Game is getting sued for skipping out on a $8,500 check from burger restaurant, Big D’s.
Big D’s claims Game hired the restaurant to cater a Fourth of July party but then dined and dashed.
The Game allegedly hired the burger joint to cater two separate events. The Fourth of July party was set to feed 250 guests but when the restaurant arrived there were 450 people. Because of this the company had to scramble up more food.
A rep from the company says that wasn’t the end of it. The Game ended up requesting employees to make alcohol and cleaning supplies runs which were not in the original deal.
After the night ended, The Game promised to wire the cash the next day – but the money never came.
The Game in turn says that all allegations are false. Wack 100, Game’s manager, told TMZ there was no legitimate contract. So regardless of the company’s evidence, Game assumed this was a free favor.
Whether there was a misunderstanding or not the two parties will be seeing each other in court.
