The Game’s Calabasas mansion is officially gone. A judge gave the green light to sell it on May 2 to help pay off the $7.13 million he owes Priscilla Rainey, according to AllHipHop.
Rainey sued him back in 2015, claiming he sexually assaulted her while filming She’s Got Game. Game skipped court in 2016, and the jury hit him with a $7M+ bill. $1.13M for the assault, and another $6M for basically treating the case like a joke.
Game tried to dodge the payout for years.
He said the house was protected under California’s homestead law and that it belonged to JTT Holdings LLC, not him. But the court wasn’t buying it. Turns out, JTT Holdings was just a shell company he and his manager Wack100 allegedly set up to hide assets.
Rainey’s not playing. She’s already snatched his music royalties and gone after anything tied to his name. Zillow says the house is worth around $4M, so even after the sale, he still owes her close to $3M.
Moral of the story? Don’t duck court and don’t mess with a woman on a mission.
