The woman who accused rapper The Game of sexual assault won big in court this week.
Priscilla Rainey secured a second legal win in her case to collect a $7 million judgment against The Game.
Rainey accused him of creating shell companies to avoid paying her the $7 million judgment she previously won, XXL Magazine reported. According to court documents obtained by the outlet, Rainey and The Game’s manager, Cash Jones-AKA Wack 100, testified in court earlier this month. However, The Game did not appear at the hearing.
Rainey claimed in her complaint that the rapper, formally known as Jaceyon Taylor, stepped down as manager of JTT Holdings and then transferred the company to his manager, Wack 100. The suit also alleges that JTT Holdings transferred the deed to Wack exclusively, which then prevented her from securing The Game’s property so it could be used to pay off the judgment.
Wack denied any wrongdoings and testified that the home was transferred to him as a means of payment for a debt the rapper owed him.
Rainey informed the court that she has only received $500,000 of the $7 million that The Game owes her.
Rainey hired a private investigator to help her secure the judgment ordered to her from her 2015 lawsuit, in which she accused The Game of sexually assaulted her repeatedly during the filming of his reality show, She’s Got Game.
