In the Breonna Taylor case, a third grand juror is ready to come forward and speak out about the controversial deliberations that cleared three Louisville officers of any criminal liability in the 26-year-old emergency room tech’s death.
According to The New York Post, this announcement comes just three days after two other grand jurors spoke out for the first time on “CBS News This Morning.” In that interview, the two jurors called Kentucky Attorney General Daniel Cameron a “liar” for suggesting the 12-member panel signed off on clearing the cops of any murder charges.
This new third juror would reiterate the accounts of the others.
In a statement, Kevin Glogower, the attorney for the original two, said, “Anonymous Grand Juror #3 has joined Anonymous Grand Jurors #1 and #2 in promoting truth and transparency regarding the Breonna Taylor case,” adding that the third juror “firmly supports the fact that no additional charges were allowed at the conclusion of service.”
