After a 17-month long investigation, a grand jury indicted 28-year-old Roshawn Bishop, 23-year-old James Echols, and 21-year-old Michael Sanon for 22 counts of various charges.

Autumn Garrett, 22, was shot and killed inside her home on July 8, 2017. Her husband, two children, and five others were injured. A woman called 911 around the same time stating that two men wearing hoodies kept walking past the house before they went inside and started shooting.
Police discovered the shooting was drug-related after appending multiple witnesses to a drug ring.
Authorities were inhibited with several inaccurate leads and witnesses who would be immovable, Chief Mark Denney spoke to the Cincinnati Enquirer.
“From the very beginning of this investigation, we met significant resistance that is uncommon from victims of crime wanting a resolution,” Denny told the paper.
The party was supposed to be held for Cheyenne Willis, who claimed to have had a miscarriage after she was wounded in her thigh. It was later found that Willis lied about being pregnant and is the cousin to the victim, Garrett.
